Esther Retish specializes in Swedish Massage; she is also skilled in other forms of massage as needed to individualize the therapy for each client.
Massage has many benefits including reducting stress, headaches and backaches; increasing circulation; improving flexibility and range of motion; shortening recovery time for sore muscles; and providing relaxation.
Esther is state and nationally certified as a massage therapist, belongs to the American Massage Therapy Association, and has been trained recently in Level 2 Spinal Reflex Analysis. She keeps up-to-date with workshops in connective-tissue massge of the neck and shoulders, clinical assessment and treatment of the lower back, orthopedic massage for pelvis and lower extremity conditions, and self-healing through massage and movement.
